A car has crashed into a pub’s beer garden in Daylesford, killing and injuring a number of people.
Emergency services have rushed to Vincent Street, Daylesford, north-west of Melbourne, where a car has crashed into a pub’s beer garden.
The incident happened at around 6pm this evening. The number of injuries and fatalities is not clear at this stage. Victoria Police put a message on X, formerly known as Twitter, to confirm there was a serious crash and to avoid the area. “Emergency services are currently at the scene of a serious crash in Vincent Street Daylesford. As emergency services need access to the scene we ask that members of the public avoid the area. Police are putting diversions in place.”
