A witness said he had to jump out of the way to avoid being hit by the vehicle.
– Nobody was injured after a car jumped a curb and crashed into the front of a nail salon in the Jacksonville Heights neighborhood.
It happened Sunday morning at the NailPro Salon on 103rd Street, inside the Oak Hill Village Plaza. Witnesses say the driver of the vehicle was pulling into a spot when she jumped the curb and smashed into the front of NailPro.Billy Starke says he was getting some ice from the Publix next door, and says he had to jump out of the way as the car came crashing into the salon.News4Jax spoke with the driver of the car off camera.
“She’s all right from what I hear and that’s all that matters. I’m still here and she’s all right,” Starke said.The owners of the nail salon were not there when the accident happened, and the car had been removed by the time they got there.
