A caller reported loud music playing, possibly coming from a car parked near Panera.VANDALISM: 2:27 a.m. at Blossom Hill Road and Union Avenue. Someone was throwing oranges at passing vehicles. The caller had pieces of orange on her car and said it was unclear whether there was any damage to her car.
