Money donated during the Children's Miracle Network Telethon doesn't only help kids in the hospital.
THAT HELPS FAMILIES IN NEED. SO HERE AT PENN STATE HEALTH CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL IN HERSHEY, WE’VE BEEN TELLING YOU A LOT ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE THE HOSPITAL. BUT YOU MAY NOT KNOW THAT THERE’S A WHOLE DEPARTMENT OF PEOPLE WHO HELP TRY TO KEEP KIDS SAFE OUTSIDE THE HOSPITAL, AT HOME, IN THE WATER, EVEN IN THE CAR. SO JEN IS HERE WITH THE PEDIATRIC TRAUMA AND INJURY PREVENTION PROGRAM, AND YOU HAVE SOME CAR SEATS WITH YOU BECAUSE THAT’S A BIG PART OF WHAT YOU DO.
