A care worker has been jailed for sexually abusing a young severely disabled woman in Kent. Naguib Lootfun, 69, from Maidstone, abused the vulnerable patient while working for an assisted living facility. Colleagues found an empty condom wrapper in a bedroom at the facility on 8 May, after Lootfun had worked a night shift. He claimed the wrapper had fallen out of his pocket as he worked, but was suspended while an investigation was carried out.
Lootfun was then sentenced to 11 years and ordered to serve an extra four years on licence on Wednesday.
