In the snap, the duo could be seen smiling together as they posed in front of a pink Land Rover, with the image even captioned: "Look on the pink side of life." Katie and Carl have been together on and off since June 2022, with their turbulent relationship having even seen the pair battle cheating allegations during their time together - however, despite their up and downs, the couple always seem to reconcile and even plan to tie the knot in the future.
