Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Carlos Miguel will make his second appearance for the club when he starts against Luton Town in the FA Cup third round. Head coach Nuno Espirito Santo has confirmed the summer signing will replace regular goalkeeper Matz Sels for the match at the City Ground. Nuno is looking to give players who have been lacking game time an opportunity to impress.
Goalkeeper Carlos Miguel will make his second Nottingham Forest appearance when he is named in the FA Cup starting XI against Luton Town .
The Brazilian did well on that occasion, despite conceding with less than a minute on the clock. Forest ultimately lost 4-3 on penalties after it had finished 1-1 between the two teams, and Miguel has had to be patient since then. “We hope we can continue in the FA Cup and Carlos does it. If we go all the way, he will go all the way to the final - I hope!”
