Caroline Flack’s twin sister believes the ‘Be Kind’ campaign started after the presenter’s death has left a lasting impact on the world.
At the time, Flack had been accused of striking her boyfriend, and struggled with comments on social media ahead of the planned assault trial.
Since her death, the Be Kind campaign has asked people to reflect on what they say on social media and the effect their words can have on people, particularly those who may be struggling. ‘We have all, as a world, been through so much that hopefully we can come out the other side and not be a*****oles.’Thousands of Flack’s friends, family and colleagues gathered together this weekend to celebrate her life with Flackstock Festival in Reading.
