The American reckons the red card to team mate Daizen Maeda was a real soft one.

The Hoops woes were compounded when the Japanese was sent off following an initial red card after a tackle with Mario Hermoso but VAR deemed it worthy of an ordering off, with Brendan Rodgers forced to confirm the news his winger had also been injured in the challenge.
He said: "I can only talk for myself, I think the red card on Tuesday night was soft. I'm not going to sit here and complain about it because there's decisions in all games. Some go in your favour, some don't. That's part of football.
