Families of school children will benefit most from the Victorian State Budget, thanks to a one-off payment that will help ease cost-of-living pressures.
Treasurer Tim Pallas said the measure would provide assistance for families while handing down his tenth state budget handed down today.
"That's why we're going to help families with a one-off $400 School Saving Bonus, to land right at the start of the school year." Eligible parents will also benefit from vouchers worth $200 that will help cover the cost of sports, thanks to a $6 million investment.
