Now, last night, surveillance footage from the now-closed InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles, obtained by CNN, appears to show Diddy and Cassie in a physical altercation that matches events described in her lawsuit.It then appears as if Diddy charges after her, seizes her by the neck, and flings her to the floor while himself draped in nothing but a towel around his waist.
