A police raid uncovered cocaine and cannabis as well as £23,235 from rooms in the flat.
Lewis Law, 22, and Yvonne O'Hear, 50, were both accused of the crimes at the property in Glasgow's Castlemilk.READ MORE:The pair appeared today at Glasgow Sheriff Court to answer three charges.
First offender Law pleaded guilty to two charges of being concerned in the supply of cocaine and cannabis.The court heard officers forced entry to the flat in the early hours of the morning with a search warrant. A search of one of the bedrooms uncovered several thousand pounds in a money bag as well as herbal cannabis.
Prosecutor Jessica McGowan stated in the kitchen there were two sets of working scales, cannabis and further cash in money bags. Additional money bags were located in the living room and second bedroom - cannabis was also found within.Both Law and O'Hear were arrested, cautioned and charged at the time.Miss McGowan added:"The cashed seized was a total of £23,235."Sheriff Tom Hughes deferred sentence pending background reports until next month.
