A cat rescue centre needs to rehome 25 cats and kittens after it was told its lease was ending.
The owner of Precious Paws Cat Rescue said she was "devastated" to learn the centre's lease would not be renewed
Owner Jacqui Schafer told BBC London she and her team wanted to find every rescue cat a new family by the end of November and she was hoping for a "miracle". She told BBC London many of the cats they have helped have been "abandoned" because their owners "can't afford to keep them, they can't afford vet bills, they can't afford food".
"The others, we've managed to pull through with lots of medication and they found their home only just recently, so that's nearly a year with us again."
