Hollywood is mourning the loss of American actress Annie Wersching who died aged 45, with her husband and fellow actor Stephen Full paying an emotional tribute.

Wersching was best known for her role as Renee Walker in the hit drama series 24 in 2009, as well as recurring roles in several American shows such as Bosch and Timeless.

According to Deadline, Wersching's husband and fellow actor Stephen Full issued a statement confirming her death on Sunday.
