Fern Britton's ex-husband Phil Vickery has shared a cryptic post about "messing up something good" following his ex-wife's appearance on Celebrity Big Brother. Fern, 66, took part in the reality TV show in March and came in fifth place.
Fern and Phil were married for 20 years before splitting in 2020. The couple married in 2000 after Fern divorced her ex-husband Clive Jones. Fern later confessed they'd been growing apart for a good few years towards the end. Speaking to Good Morning Britain in 2020, she shared: "My mum died and my father died and unfortunately Phil and I fell apart."
In 2022, TV star Phil was snapped sharing a kiss with his former wife's best mate, Lorraine Stanton, but Fern said they continue to be good pals. Speaking to Woman and Home magazine, she insisted that they will always share a bond as Fern stated: "We simply needed to follow our own paths.
