Mohammed Abbkr, 29, was convicted of two counts of attempted murder over injuries to Hashi Odowa, 82, near an Islamic centre in Ealing, and Mohammed Rayaz, 70, in Birmingham in near identical incidents. Abbkr, from Edgbaston, Birmingham, sprayed both men with petrol from a water bottle before setting them on fire.
