Officers were called to The Jesse Boot in High Road, Beeston, following reports of violent disorder
Police have released a CCTV image of a woman they want to talk to after a brutal attack inside a Nottinghamshire pub. at around 12.15am on Saturday, April 20.
A woman was confronted by another female pubgoer before being repeatedly punched in the face inside the venue's toilets, Nottinghamshire Police said. The victim was left with injuries to her head following the assault, the force added. Police have now released an image of a woman who they want to trace as part of their enquiries. PC Will Clarkson said: “This was a completely uncalled-for attack on a woman who was just trying to enjoy her night.“While the victim only suffered minor injuries, this incident has understandably left her shaken up. It really should go without saying, but this type of violent behaviour is completely unacceptable and won’t be tolerated.
“We are now in a position to release this image as part of our investigation and would ask that anyone who recognises the woman in it gets in touch. Our understanding is that this woman may have some important information that could assist us, so we’d also ask that she contact us if she sees this appeal.
“Information can be left with the police by calling 101, quoting incident 187 of April 20, or by calling Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
