The incident happened in the Stockbridge area of the city at around 9pm on Friday, October 11.
Officers have not disclosed any further details on the nature of the incident but they are appealing for information.He was seen to be wearing denim jeans, a dark baseball cap with writing on it and a black hooded top with ‘Hard Rock Café’ written on the front with further writing on the back.
