Officers believe the individual in the pictures may be able to help their investigation
Police in Blackpool have issued an appeal following an assault in the early hours of Tuesday morning .
Emergency services were called to The Strand following reports a man had been seriously injured. He was taken to hospital, where he remains. Officers investigating the incident have now released CCTV images of an individual they would like to speak to following the assault. They believe this person could help their investigations.The victim of the attack suffered head injuries close to Popworld nightclub.
A spokesperson for Lancashire Constabulary said: "If you are the person in the images, we ask you to come forward and speak to our officers. Or if someone recognises him, please contact us. "We continue to ask for witnesses to the assault and for information about it. Please contact 101, quoting log 0115 of August 15, 2023."
