Laura McCrone, 35, was last seen in the Beith Street area of Partick, at around 9am on Saturday.
Police are continuing their extensive enquiries to trace Laura as they appeal for information.
CCTV images released by officers show Laura on a bus. Sergeant Alan Robb said: “As time passes, our concern for Laura’s welfare continues to grow, and her family remain extremely worried for her.
