CEBU CITY — Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia will still continue to dance the Sinulog wherever the final venue will be on Sunday, January 15. The governor earlier expressed her desire to hold the Sinulog at its usual venue inside the Cebu City Sports Center but Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama insisted that the grand parade and showdown will be at the South Road Properties.“In the end, whether my concerns are addressed or not, my devotion to the Señor Santo Niño is more important,” she said in a press briefing on Thursday afternoon.
