Côte at Home has created a special Valentine's Day treat with a home-dining menu designed by Gordon Ramsay 's former Executive Chef, Steve Allen . Allen, who has honed his culinary skills in several Michelin-starred restaurants, has curated a menu showcasing classic French cuisine for a romantic Valentine's dinner. The Valentine's Day feast features delectable dishes like Lobster Thermidor, fillet steak, and Duck Confit, complemented by Steve's signature wine pairings.

The Côte at Home Valentine's menu is designed for two people and offers three set menus, each with two starter options and two dessert choices. The most luxurious option is the Valentine's Deluxe Menu (£84.95-£99.95), which highlights Lobster Thermidor served with French fries and Tenderstem Broccoli with Lemon Aioli. This menu recommends Les Préludes Mâcon Villages as the perfect wine pairing. For a more classic choice, the Valentine's Premium Menu features Chateaubriand (£54.95-£59.95) accompanied by Tenderstem Broccoli & Lemon Aioli and Roasted Confit New Potatoes. Côte at Home suggests Lurton Bordeaux as a delightful wine pairing for this option. The Valentine's Box for two (£39.95-£44.95) centers around Duck Confit served with Sour Cherry Jus, Tenderstem Broccoli, Lemon Aioli, and Dauphinois Potatoes. Les Mougeottes Pinot Noir is the ideal wine pairing to enhance the duck's rich flavor. All three Valentine's menus offer a selection of starters: Seared Scallops with Bacon and Peas, or Baked Camembert served with Sourdough Baguette, Cornichons, and Honey. To conclude the romantic meal, guests can choose between Cherry Lattice Tarts with pistachio ganache or a classic Crème Caramel with Madeleines. Côte at Home also presents a special Lillet Valentine's Spritz (£12.65), a citrus-infused rosé liqueur from Bordeaux, blended with raspberry & orange blossom soda and garnished with dried orange. Other Valentine's treats include Chocolate Fondue (£14.95) with Côte's chocolate sauce, served warm with Madeleines and Palmiers for dipping, as well as truffles and Champagne. Steve Allen, Côte's Executive Chef, said, “We’re delighted to have launched our Valentine's collection with three exciting set menus for two and a range of gift ideas. We hope our chocolate fondue will be as popular as it was last year! All dishes and menus are designed to be enjoyed with someone special and are available across Valentine's week.” The food arrives in a chilled box, ready to be easily cooked at home. Orders can be placed now for delivery between 5th and 15th February. Delivery times are available between 7 am and 9 pm
