Football Insider has been told by Frank McAvennie that Celtic can stick with Joe Hart in goals for the remainder of the 2023-24 campaign.

, former Hoops striker Frank McAvennie said Hart is a “big” player for the club and further proved that in the win over Rangers last weekend . The Celts had been on the lookout for a new goalkeeper in the summer transfer window and were heavily linked with Croatia goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic who ultimately joined Fenerbahce.
Brendan Rodgers’ second and third options between the sticks are long-serving shot stopper Scott Bain and Benjamin Siegrist who joined from Dundee United last summer. Siegrist has made just two appearances since his arrival last year whilst Bain featured for the Celts just once last term.for the remainder of the 2023-24 campaign after failing to sign a replacement, McAvennie told
