Center Parcs Whinfell Forest has been evacuated after a 'security incident' was reported at the holiday park this evening, with staff and guests said to be 'panicking'
Dramatic footage from the resort depicts alarms blaring post an evacuation instruction delivered to guests via the PA system. An on-site visitor described the situation as "a full evacuation" with staff "rushing everyone out of the building" during what he suspected was a "security incident".

He detailed further: "Shortly before an evacuation message was played over the speakers, all the electricity went out and the emergency lighting turned on. Staff then rushed everyone out of the building."
