It has been built by Shrewsbury-based developers MW Knight & Sons LTD and is being marketed by leading Shropshire estate agent, Samuel Wood.In addition, the open day will provide the first opportunity to showcase the final three-bedroom semi-detached house, released this year with a guide price of £249,995.The open day will run from 11am-3pm on Saturday and staff from Samuel Wood and MW Knight, will be on hand to meet and greet prospective buyers and answer questions.
