CHANELLE Hayes has revealed she’s gone up a dress size after eating badly for six weeks.Big Brother favourite Chanelle Hayes went on a health drive last yearAdmitting it had affected her health, the yoyo dieter pledged to banish the bulge for good.
She told fans: "I have had a really bad 6 weeks diet and nutrition wise. Totally fallen off the bandwagon and have gone from the size 12 I got down to back up to a 14.Chanelle transformed her look after reaching a size 20"When I am home I need to get back on it big time as I can feel with every pound gained, a little confidence has been lost.
In just two months Chanelle lost two stone down, taking 26cm off her waist, 10cm off her hips, 6cm off each thigh and 6.5cm off each arm.Chanelle has been updating fans with snaps of her shrinking frameAt the time she said: "I definitely put being a mum in front of being slim or skinny. When my children are smiling so am I regardless of my size.
Before becoming a mum to Blakely and Frankie, Chanelle was a size 6-8. In November 2018 she was a size 18-20 weighing 15 stone 6lbs.
