Charity snatches the phone and pushes Belle to tell her what's really going on with her and Tom.

In a storyline that began last year, Belle has found herself in a horrible position being physically and mentally abused by husband Tom.
In the pub garden, Charity gently asks Belle once more to open up. She begins to get tearful but then spots Tom arriving. Shoving Charity, Belle dashes home in a panic. Charity realises something is going on Belle has started to open up about her relationship with Tom Charity is left incredulous as Tom shuts down her pursuit of Belle and insists his wife is struggling with her mental health. In the week, Tom ups the stakes even more in his plot to get Belle away from the village and her family.
