A charity is being set up in memory of the Shrewsbury teenager Harvey Owen.
Now his mother, Crystal Owen, is setting up a charity to support disadvantaged youngsters to pursue their own passions for the arts.
She said:"I heard someone say after what happened that the light outlasts the star, and that stayed with me." Crystal said they were hoping to hold a fundraising event in December, before planning a number of things for 2025.music and the artsShe said:"The final night he left he had just learned to play 'Ring of Fire' and he was so proud. He knew I loved it."

It filled him with confidence."page for the charity Crystal added:"Harvey may have only just begun his journey, but I know he’s already touched so many lives, and through this charity, we can continue to honour his memory and help others in ways he would have loved."
