Charles and Camilla's affair takes spotlight in new trailer for TheCrown
The affair between King Charles and Camilla Queen Consort has been mentioned in a new trailer for Netflix show, The Crown.
The trailer begins with a close up shot of Elizabeth as Diana, whilst the original statement that was released by Buckingham Palace, when the couple split in 1992, could be heard.The statement that could be heard said: "It is with regret that the Prince and Princess of Wales are separating," whilst ominous tinkling music can also be heard.
'King Charles' and 'Diana' can be seen getting their hair and makeup done as they sat in film chairs, waiting to do their interviews. She famously lifted the lid on Charles and Camilla's affair when she said: "There was three of us in this marriage so it was a bit crowded".
