The Ellenville, New York-born actress is mother to twin sons Bob and Max Sheen, 15, with the Two and a Half Men alum, 58, who she was wed to from 2008 to 2011. She has been charged with one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine, one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises, one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, one count of possession with intent to distribute ketamine, and five counts of distribution of ketamine.
Prosecutors said Fleming would procure ketamine from Sangha and give it to Perry’s live-in personal assistant Kenneth Iwamasa.Fleming - who faces up to 25 years in prison - delivered 50 vials of ketamine for Perry’s use, including 25 handed over four days before the actor’s death, prosecutors said.
