The former Geordie Shore star says she is the 'happiest woman in the world'
Charlotte Crosby has been bombarded with congratulations messages after announcing her engagement on social media. after her 'best friend' and boyfriend of two years Jake Ankers proposed to her in Dubai.
Sharing a picture on Instagram of the moment Jake got knelt down on one knee, Charlotte also posted a message, saying she 'can't believe it.' She wrote: "Happiest woman in the world. Yes yes yes and yes @jake_ankers you are my best friend you are my life i CANT BELIEVE IM ENGAGED AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh. Best night ever."
After sharing the big news on social media late on Thursday , her fans were quick to congratulate her. flooding the comments section of her Instagram post. Instagram user and fan Shaun Richardson wrote: "I had a feeling honestly no joke that today was going to be the day for a proposal…. Seriously. Absolutely over the moon for you you deserve every happiness. Congratulations both.
Fellow Geordie Shore star Kyle Cristie also congratulated the happy couple, commenting on the post: "Amazing news absolutely buzzing for you’s, KNEW you were gunna do it JAKE!" While fashion tycoon Adam Frisby shared: "YESSSSSSSS!!! I always told you this day would come Charlotte.
Charlotte and Jake share daughter Alba Jean, who was welcomed into the world towards the end of last year. Their relationship was documented in the first series of Charlotte's fly on the wall BBC programme, Charlotte in Sunderland, with Jake also set to feature in the upcoming season of Geordie Shore, after his other half returned to the MTV show that first made her famous last year.
