Everton’s former chief Keith Wyness has insisted Chelsea will be “firmly in the crosshairs” of the Premier League more than a year on from their intra-company hotel sale., the 66-year-old – who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs – claimed the “mystery” around the legality of the deal is “strange”.
