Julian Nagelsmann and Chelsea 'hold talks' with seven candidates on the list CFC
, Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart, Chelsea’s co-sporting directors, have already held discussions with Nagelsmann in person.
The reports adds other candidates have also been called, with meetings held online, but there remains no preferred candidate yet.There is believed to be up to seven names in the running for the role, and these will then be narrowed down and passed to club chiefs Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali., but his agency Sports360, are keen to learn how much control the German will be given, aswell as the clubs future long-term plans.
The 35-year-old has previously worked with Stewart and Chelsea’s technical director Christopher Vivell during his time at RB Leipzig.
