Jadon Sancho is set to spend the 24/25 season on loan at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea have reportedly inserted a clause into Jadon Sancho ’s loan deal that could prevent them from having to buy the Englishman.
Since moving to Old Trafford from German Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund for a reported fee of £73 million back in 2021,The 24-year-old’s public spat with manager Erik ten Hag meant his future at the club was thrown into chaos.by the BBC, the deal includes an obligation for the Blues to sign the winger on a permanent deal for a fee ranging from £20 - £25 million next summer.Although unlikely, Chelsea will be dealt a blow in their bid to sign Sancho if they finish 15th or lower.
“It makes a lot of sense to have someone like him because I’m pretty sure he is going to add a lot in the squad. He has experience, he understands more than anyone the league, he’s played in the Champions League many times. He won the Premier League a few times as well, so I think he can add a lot to our squad and I feel really happy to see someone like him in our squad.”
