Cheryl earning '£1,000 per night' for West End shows as she lands lead role

Pop icon Cheryl has reportedly landed a deal which will see her make £1,000 per night on 2:22 A Ghost Story 👻 💰

The spooky West End show tells the story of Jenny – now played by Cheyl – who believes her new home is haunted, while disbelieving husband Sam is having none of it., Cheryl bagged a massive deal for appearing in the show, and will earn £100,000 by the time the run ends in April.

That brings her to around £1,000 per night when she begins the run on 21 January, with the Fight For This Love singer set to perform up to eight shows a week.A source told the outlet: ‘The deal is £100,000 but will also be linked to ticket sales so if she helps shift around 80% of seats then she’ll be entitled to more money on top of that.

Cheryl previously spoke of her joy at appearing in the popular West End production, taking to Instagram to say she was ‘SO excited to be starring in the west end thriller @222aghoststory !!’ Sharing a photo of herself looking suitably terrified on the poster, she added: ‘‘I will be playing the role of Jenny from January – April!It’s not Cheryl’s first brush with the supernatural as she appeared in a ghost hunting video with her Girls Aloud bandmates in 2006 ‘It is a totally new and exciting experience for me so if you’re looking for a fun night out & some entertainment in your new year tickets are available now….whenever you’re ready 😉!! 👻 #222aghoststory.

It’s not Cheryl’s first encounter with the paranormal, as fans were quick to point out following her casting announcement – in 2006 she and the other Girls Aloud members took part in a special Ghost Hunting TV show.
