Letby, of Hereford, denied the offences and last month a panel of three senior judges heard an application for her to challenge the convictions at the Court of Appeal. However, it can be reported that Dame Victoria Sharp, Lord Justice Holroyde and Mrs Justice Lambert have rejected the application.
