Curtin University Political Analyst Professor Joe Siracusa says China’s peace plan for Russia and Ukraine to ceasefire is “very promising”.
“I mean the Chinese have dreamed about this since the communist revolution in 1949to become the arbours of the world,” he told Sky News Australia.
“Here they are willing to broker a peace between Vladimir Putin Russia which invaded Ukraine and Ukraine itself and its western powers.
