Purposefully under-baked, but perfectly set."The key to making a fudge-y chocolate cake is to slightly under-bake the sponge. This allows the centre of the cake to stay moreish and moist.Sponges don’t get much simpler than a wet and dry cake mix. In one bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
