MAYNILA — Pinatotohanan ng Commission on Human Rights nitong Huwebes na may nangyaring mga paglabag sa karapatang pantao sa mga miyembro ng Socorro Bayanihan Services Inc., sa Surigao del Norte.
“Very clear na mayroong mga violation ng karapatang pantao na nangyayari don,” sabi ni Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa. “Itong Socorro Bayanihan Services Inc., is 1 of the 12 PACBARMA. Ito ay isang agreement between DENR and the peoples organization for them to occupy, cultivate and benefit from the fruits of their labor,“ aniya.
