Pro boxer Chris Eubank Jr repeatedly punched ITV presenter Ben Shephard live on Good Morning Britain. The pair took part in a boxing exercise in what Ben described as the "longest 20 seconds of my life" during an appearance on today's show .
Presenter Ranvir Singh admitted: "I'm a bit worried about this." In response, Ben pointed to co-host Kate Garraway and laughed to Ranvir: "She's not though, she can't wait", reported Birmingham Live.Kate then joked: "Yeah, honestly.
She then offered up Ben, who donned protective gear as Chris told to tense his abdominal area to "absorb the punches". Kate reassured her co-star during the segment, laughing: "Dr Hilary is on standby. I don't know what he will be able to do other than support and laugh."
