Virgin Radio's Chris Evans admits last day at BBC was 'emotional' - ‘It was upsetting’
Chris Evans has admitted he sometimes thinks about departing Virgin Radio during a conversation on his breakfast show. Speaking to songstress Louise Redknapp, the 53-year-old radio DJ described what the atmosphere was like on his last day at BRadio 2. “We finished working at the other place just before Christmas and that was very emotional,” he began. “It was wonderful, it was actually very joyous even though it was upsetting as well but it was a really joyous and overall positive thing.
