Emmy winner Paul Walter Hauser will portray Chris Farley in a new biopic directed by Josh Gad. The film will be based on the book 'The Chris Farley Show: A Biography In Three Acts' and will chronicle Farley's early years, his time on Saturday Night Live, and his rise to fame before his untimely death.

According to Deadline, the Saturday Night Live star will be portrayed by Emmy winner Paul Walter Hauser in a new film from Josh Gad in his directorial debut. Insiders for Deadline claimed the project has the blessing of Farley’s family , but this will no doubt be a tricky biopic in terms of how beloved Farley is.
