He's shared the secret to his weight-loss success
Viewers of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here have been marvelling at Chris Moyles' dramatic weight loss. The radio DJ has managed to lose an incredible six stone.
Chris said: “I once bought a microwavable kebab. From what I remember it tasted all right. But back then I was eating all sorts of crap. I didn’t necessarily eat a lot but what I did eat was all bad. All bad.” As for his motivation, the 48-year-old continued: "A mixture of things. I climbed Kili [Mount Kilimanjaro in 2009]. I was 17.5 stone at Christmas and we were climbing in March. I got down to 16 [before we went]. Climbed Kili and lost a stone in a week.
In 2017, after papers speculated about what the star did to lose the weight, Chris posted a tell-all post on Facebook, which blasted a number of publications for printing mis-information about his diet and routine, with some citing that he was using diet pills to lose weight.
