Christian Kist achieved the first nine-darter of the World Darts Championship on Wednesday night, causing a frenzy among the crowd. The Dutchman, facing Madars Razma in the first round, stunned the packed Alexandra Palace with a perfect leg in the opening set. Kist's incredible display sparked wild celebrations from the fans. This achievement marks the first perfect leg in the tournament since Michael Smith's victory in the 2023 final against Michael van Gerwen.
Besides the personal triumph, Kist also claimed a substantial £60,000 reward.
