Christine McGuinness and Paddy McGuinness, despite their split in 2022, will spend Christmas together for their three children's well-being.
Christine McGuinness has revealed how she will spend Christmas with her ex. Christine, 36, and Paddy, 51, split in 2022 after being married for over a decade. Despite the split, Christine will still be spending the festive season with her ex for the sake of their three children, twins Penelope and Leo, 11, and Felicity, eight. 'The last thing we want to do is upset our children over Christmas , so we’ll make sure we’re all together,’ she told Woman’s Own. ‘It will be a quiet one.
We always try to keep it quiet, because the children can get quite overwhelmed with the changes. ‘So we try to keep it like a normal day but with presents.’ The couple was together for over a decade and people who visit their home may well think they are still a couple. ‘If someone didn’t know our situation and came to our house and spent the day with us, they would not have a clue ,’ Paddy said. ‘We get on well, we live together and co-parent. We get the lawyers back and forth but that’s separate. If Christine met someone else, I’d be supportive. ‘For now, we’re happy with how things are, living together and helping each other balance work and kids.’ Christine has previously revealed that she has begun dating again, which is something completely new for her.
