The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE, “Last night at approximately 11:40 p.m. our Hollywood officers responded to a radio call. The suspect, Dumontet, Christian, was arrested for violation of a restraining order.” Richard was then charged with assault with a “deadly weapon,” and their son, Christian Georges Dumontet, was treated by paramedics., on which she was a series regular until season 5.
