Christine Quinn’s husband files for restraining order against ‘Selling Sunset’ alum, denies hitting son
According to court records from a hearing Tuesday, the judge issued the denial until another court hearing, which is scheduled for April 17.
Richard — whose legal name is Christian Dumontet — claimed in his restraining order request filing that the his wife allegedly lied to police about a recent domestic violence incident that “Ms. Quinn has repeatedly expressed that she wants 24-hour nanny coverage for their son Christian,” he claimed. “Mr. Dumontet feels that is inappropriate for two parents who are constantly with the child and believes the Nanny should leave by 3:00 each day.”
Police confirmed to Page Six exclusively on March 20 that they had responded to a call at around 2 p.m. local time the day prior in the Hollywood Hills area of LA relating to a domestic dispute.
