It's closed for a number of weeks
A popular Nottingham sports bar has temporarily closed until April as it undergoes a refurbishment. Riley's Sports Bar, in St James' Street, is known for its array of snooker and pool tables.
The bar is also planning a full internal refurbishment along with improved outside spaces. Riley's Facebook page confirmed its 12-week closure back on January 16, and recently added an update informing customers of the intention to reopen in "mid to late April".Pictures from outside of the bar show the entire entrance bordered up. The venue currently has five snooker tables, 11 English pool tables and 13 American pool tables.
"Thank you all that have came in over the past few months, your patience has been appreciated by all of our staff! We are closed for a minimum of 12 weeks, but do look out for future updates on our website and the Facebook page!
