Another honour for the two-star Michelin restaurant
Nottingham's two Michelin-starred Restaurant Sat Bains has been honoured in this year's National Restaurant Awards. The prestigious accolades celebrate the brilliance and vibrancy of the UK’s eating out scene.
The restaurant, in Lenton Lane, serves a 10 and 15 course tasting menu and this year re-introduced a three-course à la carte menu designed to give diners the two-star level of cuisine, comfort and standards at a lower price. It features dishes such as Cornish crab, Anjou squab and raviolo of pineapple.Sat Bains congratulated his team, adding: "It's always good to be recognised by your peers and still be relevant after 25 years of the obsessional pursuit of flavour.
