A major police operation has led to the arrest of 21 people after an alleged illegal casino operating out of a factory was shut down in a Melbourne's west.
Police allege the casino was operating weekly without a licence out of a factory in Truganina with about 50 patrons believed to be attending per night this year with a minimum $8000 buy-in to attend.
